What maintenance services do my homeowner dues cover?
Answer
Your association dues cover ground maintenance and lighting of streets and common areas. Grass is watered and cut, shrubs and trees are trimmed and automatic sprinkler heads are maintained. They also cover street and curb maintenace including resurfacing (stripe and seal).
